The opportunity for AI in the enterprise is massive, but most organisations are blocked: their data is locked in unstructured documents, their legal teams are nervous about cybersecurity, and nobody can tell the auditors what happened to their data or when. Mira cuts through all of that. Our platform reads documents, extracts structured data, and delivers it into client systems — with deployment flexibility, IP protection built in, and a full audit trail from day one. The product is sharp, the problem is urgent, and now we need a marketer to bring the story to life.

About Mira

We're a scale-up based in Genk building the document intelligence layer that highly regulated industries — think healthcare, finance, logistics — have been waiting for. Our platform is modular and has high deployment flexibility, which means clients get enterprise-grade AI without compromising on data sovereignty. We operate a B2B2B model — technology partners and system integrators embed Mira's capabilities into their own offerings for regulated end-clients. The product works. Now we need to grow.

About the Role

This is Mira's first dedicated marketing hire — which means you'll build from the ground up, not inherit someone else's playbook. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape how we position the product, generate demand, and build a brand that resonates with technical buyers and business decision-makers alike. You'll wear multiple hats early on, but the scope is real and the impact immediate. If you want to learn what full-stack B2B marketing looks like at a fast-moving tech company, this is the role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Mira's product marketing: messaging, positioning, and go-to-market materials that speak to our B2B2B buyer journey
  • Build and manage demand generation campaigns across relevant channels — email, LinkedIn, SEO, and paid where it makes sense
  • Create content that educates and converts: case studies, landing pages, one-pagers, blog posts, and sales enablement assets
  • Own and grow Mira's online presence — website, social channels, and newsletter
  • Work closely with the CEO and sales team to align marketing output with pipeline goals
  • Track performance metrics and iterate based on what the data tells you

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • A curiosity-driven mindset — you want to understand the product deeply before you talk about it
  • Strong writing skills — you can translate technical concepts into clear, compelling copy
  • Comfort with data — you set up tracking before launching, not after
  • Self-starter attitude — you're energised by a blank canvas, not intimidated by it
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus for our regional market

Nice-to-have

  • A first experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Webflow
  • An eye for design — you don't need to be a designer, but you know good from bad
