We're a scale-up based in Genk building the document intelligence layer that highly regulated industries — think healthcare, finance, logistics — have been waiting for. Our platform is modular and has high deployment flexibility, which means clients get enterprise-grade AI without compromising on data sovereignty. We're growing fast, our product is live with real customers, and we're now looking for a junior PM to help shape what comes next.
About the Role
This is an early-career PM role with real ownership. You'll work directly with the CEO, embedded at the heart of product decisions, and collaborate daily with software development, design, and customer-facing teams. You'll help translate what our clients need — and what the market is signalling — into a clear, prioritised roadmap for our modular platform and productised services.
What You'll Do
- Work with the CEO and development team to refine and maintain the product roadmap
- Talk regularly to customers and partners to surface pain points and unmet needs
- Write clear, well-reasoned specs and user stories that give the engineering team everything they need to build confidently
- Define and track KPIs for your product area — and flag early when something's off
- Support the prioritisation process and help communicate trade-offs across the team
- Assist in shaping how Mira's modular services are packaged and positioned as the platform evolves
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- A genuine curiosity about how products are built and why users behave the way they do
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain a complex idea simply
- Comfort working with data: you ask "how do we measure this?" before shipping, not after
- Ability to work autonomously and follow through without needing hand-holding
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus
Nice-to-have
- A first experience in a product, tech, or consulting environment (internship counts)
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, document processing, or data-heavy products
